Who is jorge j. jaimes-melgar?

Jorge J. Jaimes-Melgar is a dynamic author, graphic designer, social media consultant, and advocate whose work bridges culture, identity, and innovation. Born in the vibrant town of Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico, and raised in Southern California, Jorge’s upbringing was shaped by a rich blend of cultural diversity, progressive values, and creative energy. Now based in the Midwest, he draws from these experiences to build powerful narratives and digital strategies that resonate across communities.

He is the founder of JJM New Media Company, a multidisciplinary platform that provides branding, content strategy, and advocacy-based consulting for individuals, organizations, and movements seeking meaningful impact in the digital age. Through this venture, Jorge fuses storytelling with strategy—offering a voice to those pushing for change.

A proud Gen Z DACA recipient and openly bisexual individual, Jorge is driven by a deep commitment to inclusivity and representation. His work reflects the lived realities of marginalized communities while offering pathways for visibility and empowerment.

As a beneficiary of this program, also known as the initiative for Dreamers, Jorge's personal experiences and advocacy emphasize the importance of this issue within the broader context of immigration reform.
